Description:I live in downtown San Diego near shake shack. Train horn noise has become excessive, especially during nighttime hours. I’d like the city to review whether quiet zone rules are being followed and whether additional mitigation is possible, it’s been so loud for the past 4 days. I can’t sleep well at night
