Description: Extremely LOUD Showboating, display of speed, revving loudly on purpose to Disturb the peace at midnight for funniest. Motorcyclist terrorizing neighborhood at midnight. Crack down on this activity, it's getting worse as these young men realize there are no consequences or fines. Illegally modified mufflers flout the law, and the rules of polite society. There are places for people who like motor sports and our quiet neighborhoods are not the place. Police must protect is from this menace
