Description: I know you are all so busy. But I have submitted two reports about the field that sits in front of 1865 Hotel Circle South. 92108. It is so overgrown, that a fire could start easily. Not to mention the homeless that stay in there, start little bonfires. This is the same place I found the 14 to 16 in in huge tactical knife. There are needles in there. Broken glass. Trash. But most importantly it is a fire hazard
