Description:1943-1949 Emerald in pacific beach 92109 have no gray trash cans for weeks now only 2 recycle bins and their trash is constantly everywhere spilling into alley - tried contacting prop mgmt. This is a disaster and alley getting destroyed cuz they weren't provided gray bins
