Description:I am requesting that the alleyway located behind our property in Pacific Beach be evaluated and repaved due to severe and worsening surface conditions. The alley is heavily cracked, has numerous potholes, and large sections of uneven pavement that create hazardous conditions for vehicles, pedestrians, and waste collection services. During and after rainfall, water pools in the depressions, leading to further erosion and safety concerns. The deteriorated condition of the alley has led to repeated damage to vehicles and poses a risk to residents walking or biking through the area. It also impedes proper drainage and creates unsanitary conditions. Several residents and property owners along this stretch have expressed concerns about accessibility and liability. We kindly request that the Street Division assess the alley for resurfacing or full repaving as soon as possible. A prompt response and inclusion in upcoming street repair plans would be greatly appreciated by the neighborhood. || LOCATION: The alleyway runs parallel to Grand Avenue and Balboa Avenue, between Olney Street and Culver Street. || LANE: Alleyway || DIRECTION: Unknown
