Transient addict inhabitants gather Junk piles and trash piles, sell drugs there! Dumping SEWAGE in the gutter there! IT SMELLS! Illegal generators running all night! Fights nightly! SDPD PLEASE cite them ALL and TOW the ones who won't leave immediately! That is DAY-USE-ONLY very limited parking area for tax-paying San Diegans! NOT for Out-of-Town illegally inhabited RV scofflaws LIVING THERE IN RVs making it a MESS illegally taking up most of the parking!
