Description:When trying to use the left turn lane or straight/right turn lane to exit Avino Apartments located at 5040 Camino San Fermin, San Diego, 92130, to enter onto Carmel Valley Road, the traffic light will not change to green unless another vehicle is directly across on the opposite side facing Avino Apartments from the housing side of Shasta Daisy trail, which then triggers the north and southbound lights that take drivers to and away from the 56 HWY on Carmel Valley Road to finally pause for less than 2 minutes and then the signal changes back to red. This began sometime between 9 PM PST and midnight on Friday, May 2, 2025. This impacts all major residential traffic attempting to exit the residential community to get to the 56 HWY.
