Description: Two inadequate dumpsters for the residential building & restaurant next door are continually being left open so much so that they’re attracting rats, creating health hazards, and making nests in vehicles parked nearby. Rats are so prevalent we can hear them socializing there after dark. We even had vector control come out and they said we definitely need to report this.
