Description:Going North on Via Capri from Via Avola to Hidden Valley, there are tons of holes that need to be filled AGAIN!!! You are WASTING people power and tax payer money not to fiill ALL the holes in the area as long as you are there. Someone fills one hole and a few feet away is another big hole that doesn't get filled. I don't get it. Since the city doesn't seem to want to repave the roads, you have to fill ALL the holes. San Diego had the sixth worst pothole problem in the nation!! For how many more years do we have to continue to drive on crappy roads? || LOCATION: Going North on Via Capri from Via Avola to Hidden Valley, there are tons of holes that need to be filled AGAIN!!! || LANE: right and left (in both directions) || DIRECTION: Northbound
