Description:Noise complaint - snapdragon stadium event can be heard BLARING in my neighborhood on Mountain View drive. It is obnoxious and loud. It is now 10;30pm. This is awful. I want to sleep. Who should I complain to get them to point the speakers in another direction and to shut off the obnoxious noise earlier.
