Description:The timing of the traffic signals at the intersection of Bernardo Center Drive and Bernardo Heights Parkway require immediate adjustment. On Nov 20, traffic was backed up southbound on Bernardo Center Drive because the left turn light onto Bernardo Heights Parkway was only allowing two to three cars move through the intersection before it turned red. Only one car was able to cross Bernardo Center Drive on to Bernardo Heights Parkway from the west. This situation is dangerous and disruptive and requires immediate attention.
