Description:Chronic and excessive noise from extremely loud music bass coming from Break Point, 945 Garnet Ave., San Diego 92109. The bass volume is so intense that it vibrates my home, disrupting my daily activities and affecting my quality of life. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address this ongoing noise disturbance. Break Point is known to regularly disobey their noise ordinance contract per the local police. (Images of tonight’s bass heavy event posts)
