Description:RV’s parking in the public parking lot at Mission Bay RV park for weeks, not moving. They are running generators at all hours of the day/night. Sign clearly state no overnight parking and there has to be a noise ordinance they are breaking by running gas generators in public areas all hours of the day. You may not be able to stop them from parking there - but you have to be able to ticket them for using their generators in a public area ruining the serenity of the area for everyone.
