Description:At least four street lights are not on this evening located directly west across from 4667 Ocean Blvd in Pacific Beach. These street lights normally illuminate a parking lot, public restroom, public walkway, and stairs to the beach. It creates a hazardous situation not to have them on due to how very dark it gets in that area without them on, especially considering the constant vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Assume it is some type of power or connection issue as SDG&E did have a planned power outage in this area this morning from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Perhaps related and not re-set?
