Description:Loud religious zealots with megaphones are violating noise ordinances and arresting audible beyond 1,000 feet. All the residences in the Marina and nearby hotels can hear them shouting their nonsense all day and night, even with windows shut. Please ask then to turn down their megaphones or not use amplification. This happens every year around Comic-Con. The neighborhood has zero issues with any part of this event easily the nonstop noise pollution from the megaphoned zealots.
