Description: 6377 Quarry Rd, Spring Valley, CA 91977, USA up to eight tents and cars camping outside the swap meet area, it's an eye sore, to close to community park were children play and seniors meet to exercise, very dangerous and dirty homeless persons leaving trash for the city to pick-up, not fair for tax payers. These are unproductive citizens that choose to be out of the system.
