Description:Today I called the non emergency line to report a party house noise and to ask the dispatcher what will take for them to take action on this kind of complaint since I had called several times in the past to report the same issue. The dispatcher told me that nothing can be done because they had not enough personal to take care of this kind of reports. There is a party with loud music usually every two weeks with live band and it goes on usually till 5:00-6:00 am. So my question will be why does the page says that I could file a complain about this if not action will be taken. There is a code within the city of San Diego that states that is illegal to cause public nuisance. Why does it states that we could report it if no one can do anything about it? party house is located in 3269 k street and parties are held in a regular basis and usually go till 5:00-6:00 am. As I am writing this report it is 2:03 am and the party still going on. And they do it constantly because no body does anything about it.
