Description: There is someone camping out in the bushes on the hill directly in front of the HHSA Emergency Screening Unit. Tons of trash and littering all over the hill and street. Worried if nothing is done then more people will camp on this street. There is one bush with a semi walkable path going around it on the hill right where the map marker is, 4309 Third Ave. Bush is filled with trash and random stuff.
