Description: Homeless lady screaming obscenities and sleeping on curb near bus stop in front of Keils Grocery on Jackson Drive, near Navajo Road. I've previously observed her numerous times near McDonalds on Lake Murray Blvd & Navajo Road, defecating and screaming obscenities and sleeping in parking spaces. She has severe mental issues. I've reported her to homeless outreach by phone before. She is still out here in these neighborhoods. Middle-aged, heavy-set, gray hair.
