Description: Hello—There is a homeless encampment at the Famosa Slough, constructed behind a large power box on West Point Loma Blvd. My 14 year old daughter and I live in very close proximity. We regularly enjoy walking through the observation areas in the preserve and to the 7/11 located on the east side of the Slough. The man inhabiting this camp seems to be disturbed and/or on drugs and we feel unsafe trying to walk by or in the Slough area since he has been camped there for the week. Thank you.
