Description:Train crossing lights and arms are coming down blocking the road when the Northbound Trolley ENTERS Old Town Station which is South of the intersection. The trolley is NOT crossing Taylor Street, but is Stopping at the OT Station. The lights/arms stay down as the Northbound Trolley stops, lets people off, lets people on, then gets ready to depart the stations, then actually moves toward the Taylor Street crossing. The crossing should NOT activate until the northbound trolley is READY to depart. The crossing is activated when no train/trolley is ready to cross the street. This is causing traffic to backup in all directions, and blocks Pacific Highway and Taylor Street intersections. Please correct the sensors and timing so Northbound trolleys that are stopping at the station do NOT activate Taylor Street Train Crossing lights/arms.
