Description:Traffic lights at Pacific Center Blvd, at Mira Mesa Blvd heading southbound. I've noticed a few days in the afternoon that this southbound light gets skipped a few times, 3 times having waited more than 5 minutes. It backs up traffic past Pacific Mesa. If that intersection is camera based it's pointing probably too low, or possibly due to the construction on the corner. Please fix this.
