Description: This creep has been illegally camping on the 700 block of diamond Street for over 5 years now. You keep closing the case on get it done, even though nothing is getting done. Get this creep out of our neighborhood once and for all please. I'm really getting tired of reporting him. He's taking up prime beach parking to make his home on our street. It's hard enough to park around here without people using our prime spots for their personal living accommodations.
