Description:The Genesee off ramp on the northbound I-5 has always had a longer green cycle gren cycle (at least during rush hour) that syncs up with the next light to allow the very busy exit to filter all cars through efficiently. At least it did until sometime in the past four days somebody had the great idea to make the length of the light roughly one third of what it was. Now the left turn lane backs up onto the freeway much worse than before and once you exit the freeway it 3-5 light cycles to clear.
