Description: An unhoused person has set up a camp on the fence line directly behind our property. The exact location is up the embankment behind the Aldi and abandoned store front in the San Carlos Village strip mall at 8788 Navajo Rd 92119. Caucasian male, mid 20s, approx. 5'11", slim build.
