Description:Traffic on San Carlos Blvd @Pershing Middle around school drop-off (7:15AM) & pick-up (~2:30PM) is a major hazard. Students w/their noses in their phones are rushing to cross the streets to their parents, who have no regard for any other cars (God forbid residents have an emergency).Either one of these kids is going to get hit or there is going to be a major car accident. Parents often pull out from their spots 2 rush 4 their kids. There r no cross guards/signs. Pershing must do something too
