Description:Cowles Mountain Blvd is riddled with uneven pavement, broken asphalt, rocks, etc. This is dangerous for vehicles traveling at higher speeds, including to bicycle and pedestrians at risk of injury due to flying debris from vehicle tires traversing roadway. it is understood that construction is still underway, but the road has not been maintained to minimum levels, making for dangerous conditions, including for motorcycles. Request urgent resolution. || LOCATION: SB Cowels Mountain Blvd. between Navajo and San Carlos Drive, and continuing through to Jackson. || LANE: All.
