I am requesting a full review of this unsafe road hazard and an explanation of the city's policy on car damage due to unsafe road construction. || LOCATION: The severe hole/dip is on the northbound left lane just after the intersection of Scripps Ranch Blvd and Scripps Ranch Court and can cause an accident || LANE: Left lane || DIRECTION: Northbound
