Description: Every evening the homeless living under the over pass build a fire. The smoke is intense and blows into our complex; often lingering for a long time. It has made me have asthma attacks. It is severely affecting my health. Sometimes the smoke smells badly - could be burning trash. Very toxic and makes being outside impossible for me. Even being inside, the smoke finds a way in. They also sometimes build their fires mid morning. I work at home and have no way to escape it. I cannot take photos for ai cannot get that close.
