Description:The drain has been blocked and the ground/tar around it has a giant hole where it's falling in around itself. The drain does not drain during rainstorms and causes flooding to apartments near by, the drain has been tagged in need of repair / caution since the early spring 2023 and it is now the fall 2023 and no repairs have been done to it. FLOOD RISK.
