Description:Mr. Marcel Todd (Administrative Aide II Transportation Department, Street Division Phone: 619.527-3937) sent our church, Sonlight Church formerly known as First Baptist Church of Bay Park a Notice of Liability (#40300724166) on August 9, 2023. This action occurred right around the same time the undersigned preformed a community service and reported to the City through the emergency number (619) 515-3525 the potential "slip and floor" situation (see attached photos of sunken sidewalk water meter). As a way of background our nonprofit church is open to all community members with the preponderance of parishioners being military Veterans and their Families. We have outreach programs to assist non-parishioner homeless through not only spiritual guidance, but food and clothing for Veterans and their families. Street Division could coordinate repairs and the same time.
