Description:The signal light at the intersection of Miramesa Boulevard and Westview Parkway – four when you are turning left onto Mira Mesa Blvd. from Westview Parkway – needs to be at least :05-:07 seconds longer. You are unable to finish that left-hand turn before the light turns red. And this is when you are entering the intersection when it is still green, or has just turned yellow within 1 to 2 seconds of you hitting the intersection. It is dangerous It puts us in a compromising situation of looking like we are running a red light, when we have no choice. It is a huge intersection, and you have to take it slow in order to handle the curve of a three-way left-hand turn.
