Description: Encampment on 7th Ave sidewalk right next to public parking meter. Security observes daily how pedestrians dont feel comfortable walking through these areas. Transients on the daily have left their trash on 707 Property mostly around Parking garage. Trash has been left outside patio area and nobody has cleaned/claimed it for days. E st has Encampment on the corner and the sidewalk has and smells like human feeces. 8th Ave clear from transients so far.
