Description: Homeless encampment illegally living IN VEHICLES in the parking lot there! LIVING THERE FOR 2+ MONTHS NOW! In rear part of lot. ALWAYS an old gray Dodge P/U full of junk and stolen electric bike parts, with a white Volvo sedan next to it. Transients LIVE THERE in those vehicles, and ride stolen electric bikes around. See pictures. SDPD has cited gray Dodge P/U owner, BUT HE IS STILL THERE! Please go early morning and REMOVE the transients and TOW their vehicles for illegal habitation FOT THREE MONTHS! Check ALL transients for warrants, and ABATE them all! Tow those vehicles! They have lived there FAR TOO LONG! That is NOT an RV Park! Those transients and others sometimes put up tents on the beach behind that restroom, and host ALL-NIGHT bonfires. They have ALL already been contacted by rangers and "outreach" and refuse to leave! PLEASE CITE them all and tow their vehicles today! They try to intimidate and harass anyone taking pictures!
