Description: Four recalcitrant transients illegally inhabiting 3-4 vehicles in that parking lot, LIVING THERE FOR 2+ MONTHS NOW! In same rear area of lot, always old gray Dodge P/U full of junk and bike parts, and white Volvo sedan next to each other. Transients LIVE THERE in those vehicles, and ride stolen electric bikes around that area. See pictures. SDPD please go early mornings and CITE the transients for illegal vehicle habitation, check vehicle registrations, check ALL transients for warrants, and ABATE them all! Tow those vehicles! They have lived there FAR TOO LONG! That is NOT an RV Park! The transients sometimes put up tents on the beach behind that restroom, and host ALL-NIGHT bonfires there. They have ALL been contacted and told to leave. PLEASE CITE them and tow their vehicles today! They try to intimidate and harass anyone taking pictures now!
