Description:Opticom Issue - Robinson at 6th Ave, traffic light did not change for mission hills fire truck with lights and siren activated. Fire truck was blocked from proceeding east on Robinson due to traffic waiting to proceed east on Robinson Ave at 6th Ave signal and from traffic waiting to proceed west on Robinson at the 5th Ave traffic signal. The opticom engaged at the 5th signal.
