Description:Multiple fresh (as of yesterday 18Jan2023) and old potholes on Via de la Valle travelling West between the I-5 North off-ramp and the I-5 South off-ramp, mostly in the right lane. Per attached map it appears that the City of San Diego is in charge of maintaining Via de la Valle West of I-5.
