Description:
Today I was driving by the Black Mountain Ranch Park and the purple color valves on the street at the intersection of Carmel Valley Road and Black Mountain Park Way were leaking a lot of water. At the same time, a purple color air valve next to the park was making a very loud air noise (see attached picture). There was an accident at that intersection and I asked the officer and she said that the leak was reported. I just wanted to make sure that this water leak has been reported.
