Description: Reporting Encampments on E st around 707 Broadway Parking garage. Multiple tents are out including trash that is interfering with walkway sidewalk and trash on street. There are drug activity on a daily here night/day. A powerwash with soap would really help the bad odor go away. Transients also like to tag graffiti onto the Parking structure which is not okay.
