Description:
Maybe you can let CAL TRANS know about this issue because their system is not working correctly. There is an encampment as you leave the city going 163 north on the left-hand side from 11th Ave. It’s very noticeable only CAL TRANS insists the pin be accurate or they close the case even though there’s an encampment. The pin may not be accurate, but you can’t miss the encampment along 163 N. headed out of the city on the left-hand side.
