Description:
There has been a man drinking himself to death and begging on the corner of Rancho Bernardo Road and Pomerado for months. Many people have called for him to have help and be removed from living on the sidewalk. I have witnessed disturbing incidents personally at the Albertsons grocery store where he buys jugs of liquor. He is now sleeping on the sidewalk, by the Valvoline, piling up clothes/trash. There have been violent outbursts with increasing number of homeless at this corner. Woman now too.
