Description:
There is at least one person living behind my garage, between my building (2266 Grand Avenue) and the next door building (2332 Grand Avenue). They have several shopping carts, a plastic cover as a roof, and they have been sleeping there for the past few days. I cant take a better photo because the person is always there. Concerned about my safety and others.
