Description:
I missed the pickup on Monday and immediately called to ask for a recycling pickup because the container is completely full. I Was told to leave outside that it will be picked up. But nobody ever did. Unconsidered people have started putting dog poop bags in it, which I promptly remove and discard. Please let me know if I should keep the container outside or not. Thank you.
