Description:
The entrance to the 163 north at 10th Ave and University Ave has an encampment set up. The freeway entrance is behind the Grah Safe and Lock business. There are 1-2 tents and each day as I enter the onramp, there is at least one male masturbating, urinating or defecating in plain sight with genitalia showing. These are lewd acts that are against the law. Children are seeing male genitalia and that is a crime! Lewd acts and behavior is not allowed and they need to be removed.
