Description:
Homeless man caught starting a fire and police were called. This is the same man I have requested action previously. He lives behind the hedge on the northwest corner of Silver Terrace Park. He cooks his dinner at the tables next to playground on a regular basis. Please actually put in some effort and remove him from the park. He is a danger to the community and the police has been lackadaisical regarding him on my previous request. The fire incident/pictures posted on Next Door App today
