There is a suspicious homeless man worth bags of cans, hanging out by the cars on Dove street by the Lazy Acres parking lot. Looks like he’s trying to break into the cars. I have alerted the neighbors. He is wearing a white shirt. And shorts with a black backpack. It too tall. Short hair.
