Description:
Behind my house in the Wing Street Canyon there is a "paper street", that is used by police & fire department, which is the only access behind the houses on Chatsworth & Wisteria Dr. Now there are two huge issues to access. 1. the arroyo (bamboo type plant), has been encroaching leaving almost no space to drive up the canyon and 2. with the recent rains, the trenches on the sides are a good 18-24", and I doubt any vehicle or truck will be able to make it through. This is very dangerous as we've had 2 fires in this canyon, at this specific location. Also, with the lack of police monitoring, the more homeless will use this canyon making theiir fire pits. This is a major safety issue!
