Description:
The vehicle has seemingly been abandoned (not moved) for over three days, since Monday evening, 19 February. It has been reported by several of our Neighborhood Watch members. As it has disabled license plates, we were concerned if the owner was in need of some sort of assistance. It does not appear to be a temporary shelter for a person, based on not seeing it occupied in the evening hours.
