Description:
Aidan is a darling black man who finally broke down and came inside of our facility hopeful for a 3-day pass, due to how unbearably freezing it was sleeping on our bench. I can tell that he has endured a lot of physical turama, I allowed him to utilize the restroom but he got halfway there and forgot where he was and turn right back around and left. With this cold weather I feel that any opportunity possible to give him better options is necessary.
