Description:
PLEASE NOTE: Not "flooded"; could not find another category to correctly report leak. There is water seeping onto the street in two areas on the east side of Pavo Real Drive. The first (lower) stems from a drainage ditch located between Faisan Way and Cesped Drive (east side). It streams down Pavo Real Drive nearly continuously and has done so for months (reported earlier). In addition, a new second (upper) water incursion is occurring from Cesped Drive down Pavo Real Drive. It is different - it seems to partially be seeping from under the asphalt pavement. There is water leaking from around the two white round water cover plates (approximately 7-8" diameter) as well as the manhole cover. This results in a sheen of water covering the eastern half of the street.
